Well the best match up for him are Nonito Donaire, Bernabe Concepcion, Andre Berto, Juan Manuel Lopez or Brandon Rios. He cant even win Amir Khan and Miguel Cotto. Pacquiao vs Marquez in 2011? That is so boring fight. Manny Pacquiao will surely win.
